Firefox has no cross-document view transitions and paints its default
white canvas between pages; color-scheme makes that frame dark. Native
controls (checkboxes, scrollbars) now use their dark variants too.

Each test builds its pages in its own sandbox folder (search tests use a
random word), so tests no longer rely on earlier tests' leftovers and
run alone, in any order, or in parallel. The seed is just the home page.
Parallel load hid the htmx settle race from the timing-based tests, so
a dedicated test now submits a dialog in the task right after it is
inserted, which fails deterministically without the fix.

The typeahead requests /_search via htmx (debounced, newer requests
replace in-flight ones) and gets rendered rows with the match
highlighting done in Go. Rows are links, so picking in the header is
plain navigation; the editor's link dialog reads data-name instead. The
editor's [[ autocomplete keeps the JSON response.

The sidebar tree is part of the page (chain to the current page
expanded, active row marked), so it no longer paints late and the
sessionStorage snapshot is gone; only the rail's scroll position is
kept. Folders are native <details> that lazy-load their children as
HTML via htmx. The tree picker hosts the same server-rendered rows with
radio inputs, so ?tree returns HTML and the JSON listing is removed.

Task checkboxes post themselves (hx-post="?toggle=N") and flip back when
the save fails, replacing tasks.js. View settings are a server-rendered
form dialog with real radios and a select, replacing view-settings.js;
with that, postReplace has no callers left.

The server renders the dialogs (?dialog=delete|move) and answers a move
that needs confirmation with the merge dialog itself, so the client no
longer builds action URLs or interprets X-Merge-Available. Successful
mutations send HX-Redirect, which hx.js turns into a history replace.
